Surfer 11.1.719 using for Volume & Area Report, contour and profile etc.

                           Hello Friendz

Today I want to Share with you people a new Software that using for Volume & Area Report, contour and profile etc.

So let’s Start !!!

This software called Surfer.

I’m using latest version, ( 11.1.719, 64 bits)

You can also install 32 bits, if you’re Operating System is 32 bits.

Never mention that and let’s start it.

Download Surfer version 11.1.719 from below link if you didn’t have yet install in your PC

Install and register it from given Cracks.

( If anything difficult occur comment i will reply back to you INSHALLAH )

Now open it.

Here you need X Y Z (North, East and Elevation) that can you get from your site.

Open your Topo file .txt, .csv (In Excel, Word Pad, Notepad etc which you like) and remove Station number and Description like this ( if your data like this you need to divide your data to column).

Select your first column and go to Data and select TEXT TO COLUMN and next and check mark to comma and next then finished

Now Delete Column A (Station number) and E (Description of point), select All those B,C,D column and copy

Go to Surfer and take new  Worksheet ( Ctrl+W) and paste. But here you much have all values ( X Y Z)

 Surfer Worksheets will be  look like this.

Now go to file and save as this worksheets file name.bln ( .bln  Extension is necessary ). 

Click ok.

Now go to plot if plot page is not available you can take from file menu new plot or Ctrl+N

You need to make your File to Grid file and Also can find volume and Area so go to grid and Select Grid option. ↓

Now open your Save as file.

 Now here Surfer asking That your column Values That According to this?

If you like Grid then click on Check mark.

Repot selects mark.

    

Click ok  ↦           OK to make grids.

Now you are ready to make Contour map Area which you like.

I’m going first to Contour map here many option type of Contour map (Style you can select which you like)

If you want some Add or changes Something  you can select map.

Here map option is define 

Map Manager Option

1). General

2). Level’s

3). Layer’s

4). Coordinate System

5). Information about map

  From layer option you can Make bright your contour map and dark it.

you can set your Coordinate System to set your coordinate system click set

Here you can also make 3D Surface

     

Go to  →     map →   new   →    3D surface

Now select like before your Grid file and open

To show base select from general show base

Chang or add in contour map you can double click on map

Go to →  Map →   New → Select what you need to add or change

Measurement Between two points

Goto  →         Map  →   Select Measure  →  Select your points

Simple Profile

→ →→→Goto       Grid        Variogram        New Variogram              Open your Save as file and Select your  XYZ values
